Description
The Flower 48 Puzzle was created by the talented Russian designer Vladimir Krasnoukhov. This puzzle contains 3 type ‘A’ pieces and 4 type ‘B’ pieces. Each of them consists of basic hexagons. The main goal of the puzzle is to make 2 congruent shapes using all 7 elements. (The author knows of a single solution)For warm-up: Use all 3 ‘A’ elements to make a symmetrical shape (ie. 3 equal holes). Make subsequently a symmetrical shape with 4, 6 and 7 equal empty spaces. OR Use all 4 ‘B’ elements to make a symmetrical shape with only one empty space inside. Make subsequently a symmetrical shape with 2, 3, 4, and 5 equal empty spaces.
